CONDITIONS GENERALES D'ANNULATION
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- All bookings will take effect on reception of a deposit amounting to 30% of the property rental.
- Arrival and departure times are between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Should you arrive outside these hours, please inform us in order to make the necessary arrangements.
- The balance of your stay must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Where the booking is less than 30 days before arrival, full payment for the stay will be required.
- We will ask for a deposit of $ 1000 upon arrival (by bank transfer or cash). This deposit is returned after your departure.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be received in writing. Any deposit will be refunded for any cancellations made at least 30 days before date of arrival. After this period, the stay will be charged at 50% for cancellations between 20 and days. Less than 8 days before date of arrival, the total amount will be fully charged.
